Market Sanitation: KWEPA partners with BOIISE

The General Manager of the Kwara State Environmental Protection Agency (KWEPA),  Alhaji Saad Ayuba Dan-Musa has revealed a new partnership with Boiise Trust Investment Limited in evacuating wastes from different market places in the State.

This was revealed today during a meeting held by the Management of KWEPA and BOIISE with the association of market men and women of the Mandate Market in Ilorin.

The meeting was premised on the fact that heaps of refuse were discovered at the market yesterday during the usual Weekly Thursday Market Sanitation exercise organized by KWEPA.

Alh. Saad Dan-Musa, in his welcome address, thanked the representatives of Mandate market for coming and he urged them to join hands together with the Agency in making the market place neat.

In his speech, Boiise Operator, Mr. Oladipo Egbeyemi, appreciated the G.M. and he said they are ready to work in the market and make it clean while also noting that it will be good to have a particular place for evacuation so that the compactor can have an easy movement in the market.

While speaking , the Babaloja of Mandate Market, Alh. Muritala Tabaruku, appreciated the G.M for calling the meeting and prayed for more grace to function well. He appealed for help in packing the wastes and also promised that they will cooperate with Boiise.
