This is an important aspect of why all of us are here; ''DEVELOPMENT''. No amount of development can emerge without the participation of the Elites.
WHO ARE THE ELITES?
If you believe that the groups or classes of persons enjoying superior intellectual or social or economic status, you should be able to key into total remodelling, restructuring and refurbishing the holy city of Ilorin through official processes called Master plan.
No any other ethnic group (Non-Indigens) can ever damble into this process that would favour the ancient city in all respects except the son of the soil; we all saw among streets and Quarters in the city, the interior of the ancient city is worse; "you yourself can compare Sabo-Oke, TaiwoRd with Òlojé, among all.
The coming of Master plan is a great opportunity for all the elite in groups (Ilorin Anchor, ThirdEstate, Ilorin Foundation, Emirate Stakeholders etc) irrespective of our Political status to embrace for the world standard development of Ilorin City, am sure all the thrash like ''Igi-Ose" (Trees) would disappear from our major roads along Pàkatá and Alòré. It is a must for us to contribute our quota!
As a son of the soil, I find it very necessary to wake everyone from our slumber to avoid been cursed by the incoming generation.
