*OBSERVATIONS: LANWA RIPE FOR LDU AS PARENT BODY.*

I insist, there must be a Parent body of LANWA DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION (LDA) like IEDPU, we have such in Lafiaji, Ilorin, Iponrin, Igbaja and so many towns that can't be measured up with Lanwa, an ancient indeed!

In my observation, what we have today in that ancient town is Lanwa Political Development Association which should not be. I guess we all know that even the Political Associations are divided into several units; there must be synergy among those who call themselves Political leaders we the same Ward.

I want everyone to bear in mind today that Social Cultural Association is quite different from Political Association. Social Cultural Association enhance Unity, Love and Progress among citizens while Political Association hardly promote Unity rather than politics of bitterness.

The functions of parent body could be seen as connection age; they ensure they attract people of high caliber to add value to our development, a replica of what *Alh Yusuf Orilowo* has done in the past by bringing down to Lanwa, the Kwara Prestige Club members, only those that were born beyond 1982 would know what am talking about and who and who are members of that Club. This is an opportunity to wake up now or never!

I will not stop writing until we form a formidable Parent body of LDU. Who can champion it? How can we champion it? What age can be fitted to be a member of LDU? 

He who loves his place of birth or town would be blessed by Allah, the holy book says!

KWEPA inaugurates Offa Weekly Market Sanitation The General Manager of the Kwara State Environmental Protection Agency (KWEPA), Alhaji Saad Ayuba Dan-Musa has inaugurated the Weekly Market Sanitation at Owode Market in Offa, Offa Local Government Area.   Speaking at the occasion, Alhaji Dan Musa urged  the people of Owode Market to always ensure the market is clean and tidy in order to prevent diseases and other ailments that may arise from dirty environments.
