KWSG Reiterates Committment to Environmental Sustainable Practices

In a bid to continually maintain environmental cleanliness and sanity, 
Kwara State Government, through the Kwara State Environmental Protection Agency, has assured citizens of the state of her unwavering commitment to ensuring environmental sustainable practices.

The General Manager of the Agency, Alhaji Sa'ad Ayuba Dan- Musa, gave this assurance in an interface with some journalists in Ilorin.

"The Governor AbdulRazak AbdulRahman led administration will not relent in working and striving to achieve a deliverable safe and healthy environment for Kwarans to thrive," Dan-Musa said.

The General Manager disclosed that the Kwara State Government has been taking significant steps in ensuring that the nooks and crannies of the state are ridded of dirt and filthiness inorder to make the state conducive and habitable for the citizens and residents of the state.

Dan-Musa urged the citizens of the state to help the government by playing their part which is patronising the commercial waste contractors and stop littering the road medians with domestically generated wastes.

He added that the government will continue to create viable awareness to ensure that the environment is protected from all forms of pollution to avoid undue loss of lives and property.
