The Campaign has already been made simpler for the foot Soldiers as a result of the handwork of a Leader who ensured that the dividends of democracy is spread across the board.

At the beginning, Mall AbdulRahman AbdulRasaq was confronted with a lot of challenges by some Party members and the oppositions who wanted kwara state to remain stagnant and undeveloped as it was, but some who love and believed in his visionary leadership stood by him till date, while others parted ways to other parties; the likes of Akogun, Saheed Popoola, SDP reps members, to mention but a few.

Initially, their slogans was that AbdulRahman AbdulRasaq was not worthy of being a politician because of some changes he introduced to the system. Although, no one walks without the head shaking but his achievements have gone beyond his imperfections.
The following are some commendable achievements:-


- introduction of the female gender, the young and technocrat into his cabinet.
- Diversion of funds expected to be shared and pocketed into laudable State Projects.
- Introduced Owo-Ishowo instead of Owo-Èbà
- He charged his cabinet members to work instead of oppressing others.
- Pays workers salaries, pension and the arrears promptly instead of Geri-Gedi.
- Lays a good example by attending personal and official functions promptly and many more.

These changes have rebranded the state within 3 years from the bad governance it experienced in times  past . Also, Alade Ibn AbdulRasaq is reaping the fruits of his Labour from across all the 16 Local Governments Areas of the state.

His impression to the people of kwara state has led to them accommodating all elected persons in their Constituency whether they perform up to their expectation or not, as they always make reference to the projects done by Mall AbdulRahman AbdulRasaq to their glory.

He stands to be the civilian governor that can never be forgotten in the history of Kwara State.

KWEPA inaugurates Offa Weekly Market Sanitation The General Manager of the Kwara State Environmental Protection Agency (KWEPA), Alhaji Saad Ayuba Dan-Musa has inaugurated the Weekly Market Sanitation at Owode Market in Offa, Offa Local Government Area.   Speaking at the occasion, Alhaji Dan Musa urged  the people of Owode Market to always ensure the market is clean and tidy in order to prevent diseases and other ailments that may arise from dirty environments.
