Who can champion the excess of outright purchases of Ilorin Emirate Heritage?

The only people who can champion the excess of incessant outright purchases of Ilorin Emirate Heritage houses are the Elites.
I maintain, the richest, most powerful, best-educated, or best-trained group in our society are the people who can change the narrative in the society, *it is a shame on you and me if we can't stand up to safe the future of our incoming generation as they did for us.*
These set of people must be a group with common goals where Unity and love exist among them; the Social Cultural Groups we all belongs to is likely to be the option.
And to champion this cause effectively and efficiently, the headship/leadership of such Social Cultural Groups must be knowledgeable, proactive and ready to carry the group members along for meetings intermittently to discuss the issues confronting the Emirate, otherwise, this issue will be coming up on yearly basis without solution till some of us are naturally out of circulation.
To resolve our outstanding challenges, all the leadership of all the groups should come together to pick 5 interested members from each group including the Umbrella body to champion the cause. My people are weak in this but always strong in political issues!
The issue of outright purchases is getting out of hand to the extent that the so called Igbos never paid appropriate government taxes.
My discovery to this menace is all about the acute poverty in our society; they offer token bribes and salaries to some people in the Emirate to perfect their dealings and in the process they claim rights.
*The earlier the better we take action!*
