In a remarkable display of community spirit and innovation, yesterday marked a significant milestone for the LANWA wards as dedicated volunteers and local leaders came together for the installation of new solar street lights. This initiative aims to enhance safety and accessibility for residents, while also promoting sustainable energy solutions.

Under the blazing sun, the team donned their safety gear—highlighted by vibrant yellow and orange vests—symbolizing their commitment to the project. As they gathered around the newly erected poles, discussions flowed about the transformative impact these lights would have on their neighborhoods.

"These solar lights not only provide illumination but also foster a sense of security and community pride," said one of the volunteers. The installation process was filled with excitement and anticipation, as each light represents a beacon of hope for a brighter, safer future.

As dusk approached, the anticipation grew. The new street lights are set to illuminate the paths and roads, ensuring that residents can navigate their community with confidence after sunset.
