KWEPA Laments Poor Environmental attitude .....calls it a setback to environmental sanity The Kwara State Environmental Protection Agency, (KWEPA) has expressed its displeasure at the attitude of some members of the public on compliance to environmental laws while also lamenting that the citizen's poor attitude to maintaining the environment, has been a factor posing threat to environmental sanity in the state. The General Manager of the Agency, Alh. Sa'ad Ayuba Dan-Musa, disclosed this to the public recently, during a radio program at Royal F.M. Tanke, Ilorin. Alh Sa'ad Ayuba Dan-Musa disclosed that the timely intervention of Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRasaq  in the procurement and placement of bigger rorobins in strategic places within the state capital; a means to control and manage social waste alongside the Agency's engagement of commercial waste contractors to man the enlightened areas, as well as all government regulated premises.

Environmental Hygiene: KWEPA Seeks  Traditional Ruler's Support The Kwara State Environmental Protection Agency (KWEPA) in its bid to further  rev up on its mandate in ensuring that every part of the state remain clean and free from epidemic has embarked on massive inspection exercise to Omu-Aran, headquarters of Irepodun Local Government Area. The General Manager of the Agency, Alh. Sa'ad Ayuba Dan-Musa, during an  official courtesy visit  to Olomu of Omu-Aran, (HRM) Oba AbdulRaheem Oladele Adeoti, and his Council of Chiefs in his Palace, solicited  the support of traditional rulers in the state on the agency' environmental hygine drive.  Addressing the monarch and his council of chiefs, Dan-Musa explained that the purpose of the visit was to acquaint the monarch of its official environmental inspection routine and to request his unflinching support towards making sure that every regulated premises within his community comply with Enviro

KWEPA charges Food Outlets on Environmental Hygiene in Malete. The Kwara State Environmental Protection Agency (KWEPA) in the fulfilment of its mandate of ensuring that every part of the state enjoys safe and habitable environment, has charged food outlets in Malete, Moro Local Government Area, on environmental hygiene. The General Manager of the Agency, Alh. Sa'ad Ayuba Danmusa, led the Agency's team  on a routine inspection tour to Malete town yesterday. Addressing the food vendors  on environmental sanity, hesaid: "This inspection visit is out of the Agency's mandate to regulate and ensuring total  compliance on environmental hygiene; also, to curb the likely infestation of diseases and upsurge of pandemic in the town.  Dan-Musa stressed that with the town's growing increase in population due to the educational activities of Kwara State University, Malete Campus, coupled with its vast growing level in business activities,   proactive and preventive measures must

PRESS RELEASE The Executives of the Kwara Monitoring Group has notified members of the group that the time to focus on the objectives of the group is fast approaching. In a press release by the Management, the group has members across 193 wards; these members canvassed for good governance in the 2019 General elections, an act that resulted to the emergence of pragmatic elective officers which ranges  from Governorship to the State Assembly. "The Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of all the elective officers are available to the group for further assessment, definitely, no one with low performance would be supported to represent Kwarans in the 2023 general elections,". With regards to this, the platform would be further controlled to focus on Kwara state News and as the name implies, all the serving elective officers and the new constants would be screened through here, inorder to have good representatives in and of the state come 2023.
KWEPA GM Bids Muslim Faithfuls a Happy  Eid-al-Fitri The General Manager, Kwara State Environmental Protection Agency, Alhaji Sa'ad Ayuba Dan-Musa, has felicitated with Muslim Faithfuls on Eid Al-Fitri celebration prays to God to spare their lives to witness many more. Alhaji Sa'ad Ayuba Dan-Musa in his greetings said it is a privilege to be able to partake in the fasting which is an act of Ibadah while also encouraging them to maintain the lifestyle lived all through the Ramadan period  Dan-Musa also encouraged everyone to build a good relationship with their fellow humans, setting aside differences but working together as one in unity for the progress and betterment of the state. He finally appreciated the staff of the Kwara State Environmental Protection Agency for their hard work and dedication to duty and encouraged them to never relent but apply more energy to the discharge of their duties.

Kwara Monitoring Group Wishes Muslims a Happy Eid-al-Fitr .... Calls on all to support AbdulRazak's Second Tenure... The Chairman and Founder, Kwara State Monitoring Group and all executives of the group has sent out their congratulatory message to all members of the group and all Kwara Muslims as well on the successful completion of the 30days Ramadan fasting.
